  First off they build a decent house but the lack of support and resolution post build is less than desired. In my case they were really supportive with resolving warranty items immediately but as time went on they became non responsive. I currently have 3 issues I am trying to get fixed that have been pending for approx 7 months now. I also have a neighbor that has been in his house for approx 9 months now with warranty issues from the first 180 days that haven't been resolved yet either. Consensus is buyer beware. This is my second house that I bought new construction and the differences have been night and day. Also this builder doesn't take into account the need for proper grading of the yard and culverts are not dug properly which has lead to issues.
